Medical Dirty Dozen Safety Posters

Statistics indicate that medical human errors kill way more persons annually than maintenance, flight crew and ground  crew human errors combined.
Doctors, nurses and medical staff are all human and thus prone to make human errors yet they are not trained on how to avoid making that unintentional error.
The Dirty Dozen Safety posters are designed to be a follow-up to that training.
The sample #3 Lack of Knowledge poster  along with the other 11 require a medical advisory committee to provide the necessary examples and Safety nets.
